In 2020, I began a weekly Newsletter in Turkishfocusing exclusively on a week’s newsworthy events in Iran with just a picture and a sentence explaining it. Collaborating with a research scholar in IR (specializing in Turkey-Iran relations) at Istanbul University, it was aimed at a niche audience. Since 2021, she’s taken it over independently and expanded its profile.
Now, I’m thinking of sending out a similar weekly “Update on Iran” in English; a picture and a short note, covering major events in politics, culture, arts, cinema, cuisine, and trivia, never exceeding 6 pictures/notes a week.

I would definitely welcome a weekly "Update from Iran" email. As an Indian, I do not see enough of Iran in our news and media. Frankly, most of the world doesn't either. It would be valuable contribution if you started one to fill this gap.
